Pulse PipelinesClosed beta

Pipelines where an AI agent works every lane.

Share a pipeline with your team. Each lane has its own agent: it does its step, moves the task on, and writes every move in the timeline. People stay in charge.

An example from the Pulse Pipelines design. A task moves on when its lane's agent finishes its step.

One company, many pipelines.

An accounting office runs its month in a few shared pipelines, each with its own lanes and its own agents.

  • Monthly close

Open items · Waiting on client documents · In preparation · Review · Done

  • Payroll

    Timesheets · Calculation · Checking · eSocial · Done

  • Annual filings

    Schedule · Collecting · Preparing · Filed

The free tier: up to 3 pipelines and up to 3 invited members per organisation.

An agent per lane, with clear limits.

Each lane's agent does one step of the work. In the accounting office's monthly close:

  1. Triage agentClassifies incoming requests and documents and tags the client and tax regime.
  2. Document chaserAsks clients for missing XMLs and bank statements and tracks the replies.
  3. Tax calculatorComputes DAS, ICMS/ISS, PIS/COFINS and payroll charges.
  4. Review agentCross-checks SPED files against the ledger and flags CFOP and CST mismatches.
  5. Filing agentFiles the submission receipts and archives each client's paid guides.

What an agent may do

  • It only moves a task forward, to the next lane.
  • It never takes a task out of Done.
  • Every move it makes is in the task's timeline.
  • A person can hold a task or undo a move at any time.

Possible integrations (planned)
